The water rolled in through the faulty drainage system during a severe storm and deposited about an inch of water on the floor of this home in Affton. The carpets were soaked, and contaminated so were threw them out. We salvaged the baseboards and the walls because of very fast water extraction. Here the dehumidifiers are finishing up the drying process.

The waters flowed into this subterranean storage area of this large apartment building in Webster Groves and left lots of water and debris. From roof tiles to insulation, it was a large cleanup that our SERVPRO crews were up to the task.

We removed the flooring and gutted a wall that was badly water damaged from the storm in Affton. Our industrial grade drying equipment was working hard to dry out the room and the concrete pad. Fast work salvaged the wall unit.
